It’s hard to sum up Bryan + Christie’s wedding in one word. So i’ll do it in one word and one number: Minus 10

The Limelight Studios crew is used to filming 30+ degrees in the dead of Summer. Winter weddings for us aren’t as often, especially Winter weddings in Calgary! That’s what made Bryan + Christie’s wedding so unique for us. And it did not disappoint.

Despite the chillier weather, it was actually a perfect day. It was sunny and with it brought some pretty stellar backdrops as you’ll see from the river shots in the film.

Venues spanned from The Fairmount Palliser Hotel in downtown Calgary to the character heritage building, The Lougheed House for the ceremony. The night rounded off with an unreal reception at The Glencoe Club to bring in the year 2012. Not a bad way to start it.

Bryan + Christie plus all their crew were such fun to be with. Their photographer Paul McGrath kept the tempo and energy going which shines through in the video. Bryan + Christie assembled a pretty amazing team to create their dream wedding. We were honoured to be a part of it. Take a peek at their wedding day highlights.
